Bartłomiej Mania is a graduate of the law faculties of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. In addition, he completed courses at the school of German law and American law, and completed an internship at a German notary office in Darmstadt, including as a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD.

In 2010, he passed the notarial examination, and in 2012, he passed the legal adviser examination at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow. He was appointed to the position of a notary after completing his full-time apprenticeship and notarial internship in Krakow. He has been running his own notarial practice since November 2013

Gabriela Piotrowska is a notary appointed to this position after completing a full-time notarial apprenticeship in Krakow and passing the notarial exam in 2019.
